A charming miniature polished brass rocking horse designed by Austrian artist Walter Bosse, circa the 1960s. Despite its tiny scale, the stylized modernist form has wonderful personality, with a sweeping rocker, arched neck, raised tail, and simple geometric details. The polished golden brass makes this a delightful addition to a mid-century collection, miniature display, desk, shelf, or nursery. This example is unmarked, as many of these miniature figures were.
